Tyler C. Schaeffer concentrates his practice in business litigation. He works closely with small, medium, and large businesses in many areas of business disputes, including contracts, business tort, financial restructuring and bankruptcy, and consumer protection. In addition to Tyler’s trial court experience, he also has extensive experience in appellate court having served as a judicial law clerk in both the Missouri Supreme Court and the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Eastern District. Tyler has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers® and recognized on "The Best Lawyers in America" list by Best Lawyers for commercial litigation..

A St. Louis native, Tyler received both his J.D., as well as his B.S. in Finance and Banking,
magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri – Columbia. As a law student, he remained on the Dean’s List all semesters and was a published member of the
Missouri Law Review. While in law school, Tyler served as judicial law clerk to Chief Justice Laura Denvir Stith at the Missouri Supreme Court. After law school, he served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Patricia L. Cohen at the Missouri Court of Appeals – Eastern District.
