Overview

As a trial lawyer, Stephen represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of business disputes. Many of his litigation matters involve contract disputes, fiduciary disputes, real estate disputes, mechanic’s liens, unfair merchandising practices, and fraud. Stephen represents clients on either side of a dispute and proactively advises them to prevent or minimize litigation, yet, where necessary, he draws on his experience to vigorously represent his clients’ interests.

Stephen focuses on real estate matters, including representations involving commercial real estate deals and disputes as well as representation to over 200 Homeowner Associations and Condominium Associations across the St. Louis region. He is an active member and educated business partner of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) – Heartland Chapter.
