Stephen G. Davis 

Stephen represents both plaintiffs and defendants, and advises clients proactively to prevent or minimize litigation, yet, where necessary, he draws on his experience to vigorously represent his clients' interests.

As a trial lawyer, Stephen represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of business disputes. Many of his litigation matters involve contract disputes, fiduciary disputes, real estate disputes, mechanic's liens, unfair merchandising practices, and fraud. Stephen has also represented individuals seeking to recover for their personal injuries caused by the negligence of another. Stephen represents both plaintiffs and defendants, and advises clients proactively to prevent or minimize litigation, yet, where necessary, he draws on his experience to vigorously represent his clients' interests.

Stephen specializes in real estate disputes, and provides full-service representation to over 100 Homeowner Associations and Condominium Associations across the St. Louis region. He is an active member and educated business partner of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) – Heartland Chapter.
