Sarah J. Klebolt focuses her practice on business and complex litigation. She represents businesses and individuals in a wide array of business and personal disputes, including the prosecution and defense of contract and tort claims, and real estate issues, including property damage, leases, and seller disclosures.
Sarah also has extensive experience litigating employment issues, including retaliation and discrimination claims. She also provides employment counseling to businesses and individuals on how to navigate employment agreement obligations, including non-competition and non-solicitation provisions.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah practiced at a Top 100 law firm in Washington, D.C. where she focused her practice on complex commercial litigation, antitrust, internal investigations, unfair competition, products liability and contract disputes.
A St. Louis native, Sarah is committed to the community as a member of the St. Louis Professional Women's Alliance and a CYC coach. She also previously served as the Vice President of the Young Professionals Advisory Board of Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis.
She earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law where she also served as a member of the Public Law Review. She received her B.S., magna cum laude, in Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
