Todd is a seasoned business litigator, trying numerous cases to verdict. He was included in the 2016 - 2020 editions of The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Commercial Litigation.

Todd is a seasoned business litigator, trying numerous cases to verdict. Todd was included in the 2016-2020 editions of The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Commercial Litigation. Missouri Lawyers Weekly awarded him the "Influential Appellate Advocate" in 2020 for persuading the Missouri Supreme Court to overturn a decades-old precedent that had made it difficult for homeowners to effectively govern their communities.

Todd currently represents over 180 condominium and homeowner associations throughout the St. Louis area. He also regularly advises both companies and employees on employment related matters. In addition to litigation, Todd provides business and transaction advice as general counsel to numerous companies in the St. Louis region.
