Overview

Kevin J. Williams’ more than 25 years of legal experience enables him to provide a broad base of support to clients in areas of real estate, contract, private client and business law.

Kevin has extensive real estate experience, including negotiating and drafting complex instruments, contracts, commercial leases, purchase and sales agreements, contractor agreements, and Chapter 100 transactions. Kevin represents landlords, tenants, developers, owners and institutions.

Kevin also has extensive private client experience and serves as outside general counsel to several corporations, LLCs and other business entities. He has successfully closed numerous purchase and sale transactions. Kevin’s background includes negotiating and drafting shareholder, confidentiality and operating agreements for limited liability companies as well as non-competition and employment agreements.

Kevin joined Carmody MacDonald in 1997.
