Kelly J. Iffrig 

Kelly is a member of the transactional practice group and concentrates her practice in banking and finance law, business law, emerging businesses, and real estate law. Kelly has a special focus in working with banks and other lenders on United States Small Business Administration ("SBA") loan transactions, including the SBA's 7(a) and 504 programs.

Kelly J. Iffrig is a member of the transactional practice group and concentrates her practice in banking and finance law, business law (including copyright and trademark law), emerging businesses, and real estate law. She also has a special focus in working with banks and other lenders on United States Small Business Administration ("SBA") loan transactions, including the SBA's 7(a) and 504 programs. Kelly’s knowledge of SBA regulations allows her to collaborate with clients to efficiently and effectively close SBA loans.

Kelly’s intellectual property practice includes working with clients to protect their copyrights and trademarks and avoid infringement, and negotiating and drafting licenses and assignments. Kelly is also dedicated to helping businesses with growth issues, financing matters, and other general corporate matters. She represents a wide array of business and individual clients, with an emphasis on:

  • commercial, real estate and lending transactions
  • formation of business entities
  • mergers and acquisitions
  • real estate development and leasing
  • copyright and trademark registration and licensing

Kelly is a key member of the firm’s Hiring Committee and volunteers her time conducting on-campus interviews at local law schools and diversity job fairs. She also volunteers with Urban Land Institute and Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis.
