Kayla S. Null, Associate

Kayla Null focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, tax, and general corporate matters.

Kayla Null is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, tax, and general corporate matters. She represents clients in the acquisition or sale of business assets and equity, including the negotiation and preparation of transaction documents, the due diligence process, corporate reorganization, and post-closing integration. She also assists clients with complex tax issues and assessments for entities and corporations of various sizes.

Prior to joining Carmody MacDonald, Kayla worked as a tax associate at a large, national firm’s St. Louis office where she reviewed purchase agreements, merger agreements, and other transaction documents as well as assisted 501(c)(3) nonprofit clients through the process of applying for tax exempt status with the IRS.
