Danielle Suberi represents the interests of diverse litigants including businesses, business owners, trustees, lenders and individuals. She regularly handles all aspects of complex bankruptcy filings under Chapters 7, 13 and 11, loan workouts and other matters related to debtors’ and creditors’ rights in state and federal jurisdictions.

She regularly handles all aspects of complex bankruptcy filings under Chapters 7, 13 and 11, loan workouts and other matters related to debtors’ and creditors’ rights in state and federal jurisdictions.

Danielle advises businesses on a multitude of creditor’s rights matters including bankruptcy litigation, claim disputes, fraudulent transfers and preference actions.

Her representation involves:
  • Collection of delinquent accounts, including foreclosure and garnishment issues
  • Enforcement of loan documents
  • Advising secure lenders in workouts, cash collateral use and protection issues
  • Litigating real estate disputes involving lease contests and unlawful detainers
  • Litigating and defending adversarial bankruptcy proceedings involving claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duties and preferential transfers
  • Representing landlords in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings
