  1. Full-time Estate Planning Attorney – Transactional Department We are seeking an associate attorney with one to five years of experience to join our Estate Planning group. Ideal candidates should have interest or experience in all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, probate, tax planning, succession planning, health care directives, charitable foundations, and general asset protection planning. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counseling. Critical-thinking, drafting and problem-solving skills are emphasized. All candidates should have strong academic credentials, a willingness to accept responsibility, and share our commitment to client service and professional excellence.
  2. Full-time Corporate Attorney – Transactional Department We are seeking an associate attorney with zero to three years of experience to join our Corporate/Transactional department. Ideal candidates should have interest or experience in business law, complex commercial transactions, M&A, real estate, banking/finance and/or other corporate matters.  Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counseling. Critical-thinking, drafting and problem-solving skills are emphasized. All candidates should have strong academic credentials, a willingness to accept responsibility, and share our commitment to client service and professional excellence.
  3. Full-time Corporate Attorney – Transactional Department We are seeking a senior associate or partner-level attorney to join our Corporate department. Ideal candidates should have substantial experience in business law, complex commercial transactions, securities law, tax, M&A and/or corporate restructurings. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counseling. Critical-thinking, drafting and problem-solving skills are emphasized. All candidates should have strong academic credentials, a willingness to accept responsibility, and share our commitment to client service and professional excellence.
