With extensive experience in negotiating and drafting commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and development agreements, Andy guides clients through every aspect of their real estate transactions. Representative transactions include office and shopping center leases on both the landlord and tenant side, and sale-leaseback transactions involving quick service restaurant franchises.
Andy works closely with corporate clients to understand and accomplish their business goals, from complex financing to navigating regulatory requirements. Andy also assists start-up and emerging businesses with matters including establishing a successful corporate structure and seeking equity investment through private placements.
Andy represents both buyers and sellers in the strategic acquisition or sale of business assets and equity. Clients rely on Andy to lead them through the negotiation and preparation of transaction documents, the due diligence process, events of corporate reorganization, and post-closing integration.
