Carmody MacDonald’s Joyce Capshaw addresses the Missouri Bankers Association’s Legal Issues Conference in Columbia, Missouri (October 29, 2009).  Joyce, who serves as special representative for the Region X Disciplinary Committee of the Missouri Bar (a position she has held since 1991) discussed with the bank attorneys from throughout the State the structure of the disciplinary process for attorneys in Missouri and recent interpretations and cases.  She co-presented with Sam Phillips, Deputy Chief Counsel for the Missouri Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.
