Carmody MacDonald P.C. is proud to announce that Josh J. Reinert has been named as a partner at the firm. 

Josh concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, banking law and finance, business law, venture capital and private equity.  A significant portion of Josh’s work involves representing lenders, borrowers and equity investors in connection with the acquisition, financing, disposition and leasing of real estate.  Josh has considerable experience working on real estate transactions financed in part by tax credits or other development incentives, including historic rehabilitation tax credits, low income housing tax credits and tax-exempt bonds.   Josh is licensed to practice in Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association.  Josh joined the firm in April 2007.
