Meg Marshall Thomas concentrates her practice in the areas of trust administration, domestic relations and trademark law.
Meg has a diverse professional background that provides her clients a very unique legal perspective. Prior to joining Carmody MacDonald, Meg worked as a legal auditor at a St. Louis cost-management consulting firm. There she was responsible for auditing legal fees as they relate to complex litigation. She has experience in the insurance industry in the areas of civil and subrogation litigation relating to personal injury, medical malpractice, construction, and product liability. She worked as a defense counsel for the Burlington Northern Railroad Company on FELA litigation. She also worked on all aspects of domestic and international trademark law at a leading national intellectual property law firm.
Currently, Meg performs trust administration and investment performance analysis for individual, family, and corporate trusts. She prepares Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDRO) for the domestic relations department. She also works on matters relating to trademark law.
