Mark Mulchek represents individuals, owners of closely-held businesses and corporations in the areas of estate planning, banking and finance, business law and real estate.
Mark provides counsel to clients regarding estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, creditor protection, wealth preservation and business succession planning. He works with clients and their other professional advisors to develop effective and efficient estate plans that seek to minimize income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes. He also advises beneficiaries and fiduciaries in disputes concerning estates and trusts.
Mark's practice also includes representing borrowers and lenders in connection with the structure, negotiation and documentation of financing transactions and assisting banking and corporate clients with regulatory compliance issues. He advises corporations and closely-held businesses on issues concerning formation and development planning, corporate governance, acquisitions, sales and the negotiation and documentation of business transactions. He also represents clients involved in the purchase, sale and lease of commercial real estate.
