Kelly J. Iffrig joined Carmody MacDonald P.C. as an associate in 2007 and concentrates her practice in business law, banking and finance law, and real estate law.
Before joining the firm as an associate, Kelly served as a summer associate at Carmody MacDonald in 2006. During that time, she wrote an article published in the trade magazine of the National Association of Electrical Distributors on the Sherman Act. She represents a wide array of business and individual clients, with an emphasis on commercial and industrial lending transactions and workouts, formation of business entities, resolving member confidentiality agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and copyright and trademark registration and licensing.
Kelly also previously worked as a Faculty Fellow for Professors Thomas Greaney and Mark McKenna at Saint Louis University School of Law. There, she assisted the professors with their research for several publications on health law, behavioral economics, and intellectual property law.
