Josh J. Reinert concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, corporate, finance and commercial law.

A significant portion of Josh's work involves representing lenders, borrowers and equity investors in connection with the acquisition, financing, disposition and leasing of real estate. Josh has considerable experience working on real estate transactions financed in part by tax credits or other development incentives, including historic rehabilitation tax credits, low income housing tax credits and tax-exempt bonds. He has worked on such projects for clients including U.S. Bank, Citicorp, National City Bank, LaSalle Bank, Emigrant Bank and Morgan Stanley, among others. Josh also has considerable experience in loan restructurings, workouts and foreclosures, representing both lenders and borrowers.

In addition, Josh has worked on a broad array of general corporate and finance matters. He has experience in complex corporate transactions including asset based financings, bond financings and mergers and acquisitions. He has also worked on matters involving entrepreneurial and start-up ventures.
