David P. Stoeberl concentrates his practice in commercial, real estate and tort litigation. His commercial cases include the prosecution and defense of business tort and contract claims. Mr. Stoeberl also possesses experience litigating a variety of real estate matters including receiverships, zoning disputes, mechanics' liens and condemnation actions. In addition, Mr. Stoeberl has represented several manufacturers on a national, regional and local basis in the defense of mass tort claims and has defended professionals in malpractice actions.
In addition to his areas of concentration, he possesses a broad background in both state and federal courts having litigated matters in many different areas including employment, consumer protection, telecommunications, and franchise. He has handled complex and class action cases, adversary and contested proceedings in bankruptcy courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations. His clients include Fortune 500 companies, private and closely-held businesses and individuals.
