Angela L. Schisler joined Carmody MacDonald P.C. in 2005 as an associate in the firm's Business Law Division, where she concentrates her practice in Banking & Finance; Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy; Real Estate; and Venture Capital & Private Equity. She represents lenders and venture capital firms in loan transactions ranging from $5 million to more than $50 million and often utilizing tax credit incentives. She handles all aspects of commercial real estate matters - from the acquisition to the development and leasing. She also possesses experience in other corporate matters, such as Chapter 11 proceedings, mergers and acquisitions, formation of business entities and numerous business contracts.

In addition to her business law practice, she is a co-author of "TaxWise", a quarterly column published in The St. Louis Bar Journal, where she writes about the intricacies of federal tax law.

The diversity of her practice areas enables Angela the versatility to successfully handle a wide array of commercial transactions.
