Missouri Court of Appeals Upholds $500,000+ Judgment Against Costco for Unlawful Retaliation

His post provides great insight into this case.  It is a classic trap for the unwary employer. Ernst cautions that it is imperative companies conduct more than a perfunctory investigation into complaints about discrimination.
