Three Carmody MacDonald Attorneys Recognized as Top 50 St. Louis Super Lawyers

St. Louis, MO, December 12, 2016 – Carmody MacDonald P.C. is pleased to announce that principals Gerard T. Carmody, Robert E. Eggmann and David P. Stoeberl have been selected to the “Top 50” St. Louis Super Lawyers 2016 list. Few St. Louis law firms have more than three lawyers listed in the Top 50.  Attorneys on the top list have been selected to the 2016 St. Louis Super Lawyers list and ranked top of the list in the Super Lawyers selection process.

Carmody concentrates his practice in commercial, real estate and employment litigation while Eggmann focuses on bankruptcy litigation. Each have been listed as Top 50 St. Louis Super Lawyers list since 2011.

Stoeberl represents clients in commercial litigation.  This is Stoeberl’s first year on the Top 50 St. Louis Super Lawyers list and his ninth year of recognition as a Super Lawyer.

Gerard Carmody and Robert Eggmann were also selected to the “Top 100” list of Missouri Super Lawyers.  Both Carmody and Eggmann have been listed in the Top 100 for the last five years.

Super Lawyers is an annual list of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selection for Super Lawyers includes peer nominations, a blue-ribbon panel review process and independent research on candidates.  Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected to receive this honor.
