Family Law Attorney Zofia Garlicka Appears on Fox 2 News

On Tuesday, January 10th, family law attorney, Zofia Garlicka, appeared on Fox 2 News to speak on consumer privacy and legal documents that are posted online as a matter of public opinion. Garlicka advises individuals to think about the long-term effects a trial will have on his or her identity.

If a legal matter does not settle out of court, individuals are at risk for having court documents with their name and likeness exposed on the Internet. There are ways to conceal identity, but Garlicka cautions it must be discussed very early on in the process with an attorney.
